Auctions

I often sell items on eBay and Half.com. You can see my Half.Com Store or see my eBay auctions to see what I currently have for sale.

When you want to bid on or buy an item, please read these common-sense terms and conditions. I've written them here to ensure we have a smooth, pleasant, and hassle-free transaction. These apply to eBay auctions since the Half.com buying process is significantly different.

Terms

These are organized in FAQ form and cover bidding and shipping.

I won an auction. Now what?
Pay using the automatic eBay / PayPal payment email, or surf to the auction and use the PayPal link right on the page to pay. If you want to send a money order (or check if the auction permits it), email me quickly so I can send you my mailing address and know when to expect payment by mail.

How fast do you ship items?
If you pay via PayPal I can ship quickly, often the next day. If you pay using a personal check, I usually wait for it to clear. I will always inform you via email of any delays as quickly as possible.

How will I know you got my payment?
I send an email when I receive payment saying when your item will most likely ship. I then email you again when your item ships.

I am outside the United States. Can I bid on your auction?
I will only accept international bids if you can do all of the following:

  1. You must pay via PayPal, or via international money order or cash in US Dollars. BidPay may help you do this.
  2. You must supply a United States address to ship to. I will not ship outside of the USA.

How much does it cost to ship your item to me in Canada?
No, I will not ship to you in Canada. Yes, this is a repeated question because some eBay people ignore me the first time. I will not ship outside the United States.

How will you ship my item to me?
Unless otherwise noted in the auction, I ship using the U.S. Postal Service, usually by First Class or Priority Mail. As you might expect, I am not responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged mail or packages.

Thank you for reading, and good luck!
