Farbot: Computing section changes.

The link to the local install of Anthill, long since erased since it won't work with my PHP setup for some reason, has been removed from the computing section.

A new article has been posted briefly describing how to restrict SSH access to your server by IP address using the hosts.allow and hosts.deny files.

Broken links to what used to be local copies of the PHP and PostgreSQL documentation have been removed.
