2006-11-07: Saw this when I got a message from Salesmunn. It doesn't happen for everyone, so I will hopefully be able to reproduce this in my development environment and come up with a bug scenario to write an issue up, then a patch for the increasingly problematic phpbb2drupal module.
2006-11-10: Issue logged, patched, and fixed locally using the setval() function on the sequence.
