Uncharted Trophy Patch Is Out

Got Uncharted? Go fire up your PS3, load it up, get your free patch to line up 47 trophies with the medals, and spend a few playthroughs getting all 47 of them to nab the 48th, which I think could be the console's 1st attainable platinum trophy unless I'm mistaken.
The patch was made available in Europe earlier today and is now available in North America according to Joystiq and PlayStation Universe.
Who's next? I'm guessing Warhawk, then Burnout: Paradise.
